It's a beautiful place. It's geared towards families rather than RVing seniors. Although my parents have enjoyed their stay.

We usually come as a big group. On top of our big family of kids ranging from 8 months up to 18. We bring the extended family and friends with us too. They love it here. It's great for everyone. Always something to do or just relax.

Very quiet, lots of trees, like camping in the woods. T&T golf cart rentals will deliver. Lots of folks here have repeating summer rentals so they have their areas built out with decks and such. Beautiful lake with a nice beach. Great for families who enjoy real camping in shady spots, but with that comes flying bugs and squirrels and such. People here are very friendly and helpful, and since Im a solo handicapped camper thats always a plus. Ask for Wayne's number if you need repairs. Nearby towns good for antiques.

Thank you to you and your staff for going above and beyond!

We are still new to RVing and needed assistance with our hitch yesterday morning and the two gentlemen you sent to help were wonderful. Also thank you to the office staff, very accommodating and helpful. We can’t wait to return in the spring and summer when all your facilities are in full swing.

We camped here this past weekend. I read all the reviews prior to going and I have to say I was a bit apprehensive about camping at Small Country Campground. Its fairly close to where we live (about 30 minutes) but we wanted to try it out and I have to say that I'm glad we did. There are pros and cons to every campground so the only reason I gave 4 stars is just because of the dust. It seemed that people drove around our area A LOT which caused dust to fly up and although there are signs posted asking folks to slow down for children and to control the dust. It felt pretty busy and I don't see how management could have done anything about it other than investing a sizable amount of money to pave the roads - which would then take away from the "country" feel. We will go back to camp as we really, really enjoyed the nature walk around the lake and the staff were very friendly.
