Test drove a 2017 F-250 down to my house and back. Ran an errand with the whole family to get their opinion. Sales staff was friendly and let me drive around for about 3 hours. When buying a Ford will definitely consider this dealership first!
Never again! As a consumer, I, mistakenly, bought a used vehicle from a brand dealer thinking we would have been better informed of any issues. NOT the case. Either they are fraudulent or their service people are idiots. Didn't realize I should have had this truck looked over by my personal mechanic before purchasing. Lesson learned. Heed my warning....stay away.
We've been taking our vehicle here for service since we received horrible service from the place we purchased our car from! Never had a complaint here. You make appts here and they get your car in when your appt is! From the other place, never happened on time. Always get an email, text or call when it's done which also never happened at the other place. Even though it's out of way to drive to Louisa, it's definitely worth it! Thanks guys! You are awesome!
It is such a great experience when it comes time to have my F150 serviced or repaired. Grant and Dan are great to work with in getting scheduled as well as getting checked in when I arrive. Then Mike Schaefer is the best when it comes to actually doing the repair work. He is a very knowledgeable young man who takes great pride in the quality of work that he performs. Since 2010 he has given me excellent advise on the service that needs to be done to help prevent me having problems. I really appreciate the friendly, professional interaction I have with these guys. I will continue to depend on them to assist me with my vehicle.
