Upon recommendation from our architect, I submitted my home addition lumber list to Purcell for an estimate. Of the four estimates I received from suppliers, Purcell was the lowest. The lumber was immaculate. The lumber had almost no crowning or warping, and was nominally true. Dealing with John (sales) and Alan (delivery) was a pleasant, smooth experience. They were both extremely professional. They exhibited care for their business by exhibiting care for me.
The people are very friendly and helpful. The sales staff is very knowledgeable. They are willing to give great advice and they return phone calls promptly. The prices for doors and windows are lower than the the "big box" stores while still providing great service!
